The Long Shot That Delivered.
When Geoff Stricker and the Edgemoor team competed for this project, the odds weren't in their favor.
They were outsiders, and everyone knew it. They also came with a different approach: ask before designing, listen before building. Great projects don't happen by accident, they happen when the right team earns the trust of a community and refuses to let them down.
From the first community meeting to the day the doors opened, Geoff and the team were committed to doing right by the city that took a chance on them. What followed was the largest infrastructure project in Kansas City history, and one of the most successfully delivered mega-projects anywhere in the world.
