Donald brings more than two decades of experience leading and supporting the delivery of some of the largest and most complex federal and civic facilities in the country, including three of the ten largest buildings ever completed in the Mid-Atlantic region: the US Coast Guard Headquarters, BRAC 133, and East Campus Building 2.
His background spans Harvard's Graduate School of Design, Turner Construction, and JPI, a private real estate developer, before joining Edgemoor. This rare combination of architecture, construction, and development experience is how he drives every project forward.
