This collection reflects what drives Geoff's work: pursuing meaningful work, building relationships that outlast the projects, and never letting "we haven't done this before" be a reason to say no.

OFFICIAL BIOGRAPGHY

Geoff Stricker plays a central role in leading some of Edgemoor’s highest-profile civic and infrastructure developments, including projects where public trust, cost certainty, and long-term performance are all on the line. As a Partner at Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, Geoff helps originate and advance new opportunities, working closely with public-sector clients to structure financing and operational approaches that fit the mission and realities of each project.

Geoff is often involved from the earliest stages — helping align stakeholders, evaluate delivery models, and establish a structure that can hold through complex procurement processes, market shifts, and multi-year execution. His work emphasizes clarity before commitment, ensuring the plan is sound and accountability is embedded before major decisions are locked.

His project experience includes leading the development of the Kansas City International Airport new single terminal, helping establish a national benchmark with the first availability-payment social infrastructure P3 courthouse in the U.S., and advancing large-scale campus district development through integrated public-private structures.

Geoff holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Clark University. He is a frequent speaker at P3 conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and previously served as Board Chair of DC Central Kitchen.
