This collection reflects what drives Jamie's work: looking deeper than what's being asked, finding ways to make the process better for everyone involved, and delivering something that always exceeds initial expectations.

OFFICIAL BIOGRAPGHY

Jamie Martin is a developer and long-term steward of complex civic and institutional projects, with experience spanning development oversight, delivery coordination, and asset management planning in high-accountability public environments. As a Partner at Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, Jamie helps guide projects that require sustained leadership across multiple phases — from early structuring decisions through delivery and long-term performance.

Jamie is frequently involved where alignment and continuity matter most: clarifying priorities early, keeping stakeholders coordinated through lengthy public processes, and ensuring delivery structures support operational accountability after opening day. His focus is helping clients reach the finish line with clarity, discipline, and follow-through — especially on projects where success is measured over decades, not milestones.

His work includes executive oversight and asset management coordination on the Long Beach Civic Center redevelopment and the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse, as well as leadership support for innovation-focused campus environments like Fuse at Mason Square. Across sectors, his role centers on maintaining alignment between what is promised, what is delivered, and how the asset performs once in service.

Jamie’s approach is grounded in practical execution and long-term responsibility. He believes the best civic projects earn trust not only through delivery, but through sustained performance and stewardship long after opening day.
