PROJECT OVERVIEW

Elevating the Suburban Office Experience.

Set across 70 acres in Northern Virginia, Trinity Centre was envisioned as a next-generation business park where companies, people, and nature could coexist.

Edgemoor guided the project from vision to reality, overseeing entitlements, design, construction, leasing, and long-term asset management. The result was four modern office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet, plus a 90,000-square-foot fitness facility, three full-service restaurants and a 200-key hotel, surrounded by walking trails, landscaped courtyards, and a five-acre lake that anchors the project.

The campus remains a model for how thoughtful planning and long-term stewardship can elevate both performance and the surrounding environment.

More than two decades after opening, Trinity Centre continues to operate as one of the more enduring suburban office communities in Northern Virginia, with notable tenants including Parsons Corporation and CARFAX maintaining their corporate headquarters there. The combination of lakeside dining, on-site fitness and hospitality, and outdoor amenities has held up over time, giving employers a workplace setting that remains in demand in a market that has otherwise changed significantly.

From concept through impact.
