When Inova Health System acquired the 117 acre former ExxonMobil campus in Northern Virginia, the potential was extraordinary, but so were the challenges. The team led the master planning process, guided entitlement and rezoning efforts, and created a 30-year financial framework designed to support decades of growth in line with Inova's broader vision. The result was a cohesive plan that gave Inova the clarity and strategic foundation to advance the campus on its own terms.
