EDGEMOOR PARTNER

Brian Dugan

Our Nation's public facilities and infrastructure are deteriorating and chronically underfunded.
I'm proud to be part of a talented team that works hard to innovatively address these challenges, pioneering cutting-edge public-private partnership solutions to develop lasting projects for our clients."

For Brian, every project starts with people.
Long before the Howard County Courthouse broke ground, Brian spent time inside the existing courtroom—observing how judges, staff, attorneys, and the public actually used the space. Those early insights shaped the project from the very beginning.
As the courthouse moved through design, financing, construction, and delivery, Brian remained involved at every stage—ensuring that real user needs stayed central to every decision.

The result was a courthouse delivered on time and on budget, designed to serve its community effectively from day one and for decades to come.
That is Concept Through Impact in action.
