Elevating a University’s National Profile.
When Augustana University set out to build Midco Arena, one of the largest projects in its history, it represented both a new home for its Division I hockey program and a bold step in elevating the university’s national profile.
Given the project’s scale and complexity, Augustana turned to Edgemoor to guide the full development effort. From early planning and coordination through design management, fundraising support, and commissioning, we provided steady leadership at every step.
The result is a world-class, 3,000-seat arena designed to elevate the student-athlete experience and serve as a cornerstone for Augustana’s continued expansion.
